Orders are typically packed within 1-3 business days. During sales events and peak periods, please allow up to 7 days for your order to ship.

Meltdown Candles cannot guarantee delivery dates as we don’t personally deliver your goods. Once your candles are packed and shipped from our premises, we rely on our delivery partner (Australia Post) to deliver your order. We recommend ordering ahead, especially during peak times such as Christmas. Alternatively, you can contact us if you have questions regarding this.
